Due to Covid-19 and the City of Miami-Dade requirements for salons reopening for business we are accepting clients by appointment only. Our Cancellation Policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our staff members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
Gables Nails Salon is committed to providing all of our Clients with exceptional services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. A appointment reminder is sent 24 hours before the scheduled time and 2 hours on the day of the scheduled appointment, we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago.
Please call us at (305)529-5800 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a appointment after business hours send us a quick email at gablesnailsonponce@gmail.com. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged 50% of the reserve service amount for the missed appointment.
Please be advise that NO charges will be applied to your credit/debit card unless you violate our Cancellation Policy.
